• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• The item must not have stains, perfume smells, makeup marks, or damage caused after delivery.
• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
2. Eligible Reasons for Returns
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:
• You received the wrong item, colour, or size compared with your order.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The item received is significantly different from the product description.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos or videos to help us review your request.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-protection reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items damaged through improper use.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for approved returns in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you may choose an eligible refund or another arrangement agreed with our customer service team.
6. Return Shipping Costs
• Wrong, damaged, or defective items: aLEaRiyani will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.
• Change of mind or incorrect size selection: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, provided the item matches the product description and the sizing information supplied.
7. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service team with:
• Your order number.
• The item you wish to return.
• The reason for your request.
• Clear photos or videos, where applicable.

8. Important Notice
aLEaRiyani reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a return or refund. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian law.
